Q: How do I place an order?
For internet orders, please place your order online thru our secure website.
You have the option to pay by regular checkout via Visa,MC,AE or Disc, or you may choose Paypal for payment.
With paypal, you may choose to pay with Visa,MC,AE,Disc,or Personal Bank Account.
Q: What if I want to call in my order?
A: We no longer accept called in orders. If you do not wish to place an order online, please email us what you would like to order and a rep will contact you for payment information. Please include in the email your phone number, the address at which you would like your order sent, and your name. Please email your order to: sales@poshpetglamourboutique.com
Q: Why havent I received an email for confirmation of my order or a shipment notification?
A: Please add our emails below to your internet spam filter to ensure proper delivery of our email notifications.
This is especially important for our customers who use hotmail or yahoo internet services.
Without adding our emails, your tracking information may be sent to spam.

Return Policy
Please EMAIL US ONLY in regards to any returns,cancellations, or exchanges.
An RMA must be given to the customer by EMAIL before a return or exchange can be sent back to us.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
We must have proof in email that you would like to cancel your order.
Online Refunds are given either by Store Merchandise Credit or by Refund
*ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
This fee can be avoided if a customer chooses to opt for a merchandise credit code instead. This gives our customers the option to either agree to the 20% restocking fee or to purchase items at a later time with the merchandise credit code. This code never expires.
Returns:
- -SHOES CANT BE RETURNED, ONLY EXCHANGED! (Most of our shoes are made to order!)
- - BEDS & GOURMET FOOD ITEMS CANT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
- -COSTUMES CANT BE RETURNED, ONLY EXCHANGED OR EXCHANGED FOR A MERCHANDISE CREDIT
Sorry we cannot accept returns on any engraved or permanently personalized items.We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
*Returns that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise. This does not apply to exchanges
In the case of a return, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price (exceptions listed below). However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs. You must do the following :

You must notify us within 7 business days if you intend on returning the item for an exchange or refund via email or by phone. Failure to do so gives Posh Pet Glamour Boutique the right to deny any issue of a refund or credit.

We must receive the item within 30 days from when your order was delivered to you.

Item must be in the original condition it was in when it was shipped to you (cannot be opened and used)

Please send back merchandise in the original packaging or similiar packaging

We highly suggest you obtain delivery confirmation for proof of delivery, however we will notify you by email when we do receive the returned item.
EXCHANGES: We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Shipping Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges for an exchange is 4.99. (Applies to U.S. orders only)
Shipping Charges for international orders vary by location and cannot be estimated until the item for exchange is ready to ship.
Customers who cancel orders will be refunded the purchase price less the 20% fee. This also applies to Abandoned Orders ( Orders where there is no response from the customer after numerous attempts) & Backorders.
REASON: AS SOON AS AN ORDER IS PLACED, THE ORDER IS SENT TO THE DESIGNER FOR ORDER FULFILLMENT.
Defective Items:
Please contact us at the email below & it can be returned to us for a full refund OR A replacement ----You must notify us within 3 days of receiving item if it is defective. (Shipping cannot be refunded) Items must be broken, missing rhinestones, etc in order to be considered defective. Wood Items cannot be considered defective unless their is a broken latch, broken clasp,etc...Wood grain products such as urns can be manufactured with 2 tones within the grain of the wood....this is not considered defective.
Backorders/Discontinued Items:
Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available & customer is notified as soon as possible if an item is on back order & when the expected delivery date is. We are continuously adding new products to our online boutique every day.
We carry over 1500 items & try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible, if for any reason an item has been discontinued-we will issue you a full refund for that item & send notification to you asap.

Cancelled Orders:
