ORDER INFORMATION

U.S. RETURNS:

Items must have all original tags and product packaging

Items must be clean and contain NO PET HAIR

Items returned within 15 days of delivery may be refunded via store credit or by refund

Items returned within 16-30 days after date of delivery will be refunded via store credit only

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE

NO RETURNS ON COSTUMES (Only Exchanges or Merchandise Credits can be issued)

(Returns that do not meet the criteria above will be returned to you at your expense)

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK FEE.
(This fee can be waived for U.S. orders if a merchandise credit has been chosen)

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

*In Effect As of Dec 25th 2016

Only merchandise credits can be given to international customers who send back items for return.

*All International returns are subject to a 20% restock fee
*Merchandise credits are valid 1 year from date of issuance
*Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer

EXCHANGES:

May be made within 30 days of delivery date.
Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility Of the customer.
Shipping charges for an exchange is 4.99. (This applies to U.S. orders only).

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please EMAIL US ONLY in regards to any returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
An RMA must be issued to the customer by EMAIL before a return or exchange can be sent back to us.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS:

A cancellation must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.
A fee is charged for a cancellation because many of our items are ordered from the designers at the time the order is placed.

*ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% CANCELLATION FEE

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

SUBJECT DEFECTIVE

Items can be returned to us for a full refund OR A replacement ----We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving the item if it is defective.
(Shipping cannot be refunded) Items must be broken, missing rhinestones, etc in order to be considered defective.
Wood Items cannot be considered defective unless their is a broken latch, broken clasp, etc...
Wood grain products such as urns can be manufactured with 2 tones within the grain of the wood....this is not considered defective.

Back Orders/Discontinued Items:

Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available and the customer is notified as soon as possible
if an item is on back order and when the expected delivery date is.
We are continuously adding new products to our online boutique every day.

We carry over 3500 items and try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible,
if for any reason an item has been discontinued we will issue you a full refund for that item and send notification to you asap.

OVERSIZED ITEMS:

The charge to ship oversized items is a low 14.99. Most oversized items are this rate, however special order items may be more.

RUSH ORDERS:

We must receive an email from you before placing your order with us if you would like RUSH shipping for your order.
Please email us with the following information: Items wanted, size, color, etc.... Address of where it would be shipped

We would need to check our inventory to see if they are available for RUSH
or if they require ordering from the designer and what the time frame would be.
Not all items can be rushed unfortunately
