We offer 3 choices for Returns/Exchanges:

1) Customer may send back the item/items for a refund ( 20% restock fee applies) Original shipping cannot be refunded.

2) Customer may send back the item in exchange for another item/items.  (Only the exchange rate of $4 applies to reship new item/items.)

3) Customer may send back the item/items for a merchandise credit which can be used at any time.  (No Restock Fee)  Original shipping cannot be refunded.

Postage for any returns are at the responsibility of the purchaser.

U.S. RETURNS:

Items must have all original tags and product packaging
Items must be clean and contain NO PET HAIR
We must be contacted within 3 days after delivery if you require a return/exchange

*Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer

RETURNS/EXCHANGES NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE (MON-FRI)
NO RETURNS ON COSTUMES (Only Exchanges or Merchandise Credits can be issued)
(Returns that do not meet the criteria above will be returned to you at your expense)

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK FEE.
(This fee can be waived for U.S. orders if a merchandise credit has been chosen)

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

*In Effect As of Dec 25th 2016
Only merchandise credits can be given to international customers who send back items for return.
*Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer

INTL returns must be received within 30 days from date of delivery.

SIZE EXCHANGES:

Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility Of the customer.
Shipping charges for an exchange is $4. (This applies to U.S. orders only).

This shipping charge is invoiced to the customers email in which payment may be made for the charge. We must invoice because we do not retain our customers CC information.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please EMAIL US ONLY in regards to any returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
An RMA must be issued to the customer by EMAIL before a return or exchange can be sent back.

When an RMA is issued, we will provide you with the correct return address for that department.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of being placed. 
After the initial 24 hrs, the order goes into automatic fulfillment in which if you need to cancel the order, a 20% cancellation fee would apply. 

To cancel you would need to email us a cancellation request.  All cancellations must be requested by EMAIL.
